Dr. Gregory Huhn is currently an attending physician at the John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County and an Associate Professor of Medicine at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. He is also the Associate Medical Director for Infectious Diseases at the ACCESS Community Health Network in Chicago. Dr. Huhn received his medical degree from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana, where he earned a concomitant Masters of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, trained in Internal Medicine at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina, and served as a medical officer with the Indian Health Service in Shiprock, New Mexico from 1999-2001. From 2002-2004, Dr. Huhn was based at the Illinois Department of Public Health as the Epidemic Intelligence Service Officer with the CDC. He completed his infectious diseases fellowship from Rush University Medical Center in 2005. He is an Associate Director for the combined Rush/Stroger Infectious Diseases Fellowship.
